_______10. OWNER understands that failure to abide by this Agreement, including Stable Rules as amended from time to time, incorporated by reference herein, constitutes a breach of this agreement and will be treated as grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement by OPERATOR. Outstanding fees will be treated in accordance with paragraph 4 & 5 above.

_______11. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, Venue and Attorney’s Fees. This contract shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Jurisdiction and venue for all disputes connected with this contract shall be proper in the county or District in which OPERATOR is located. In the event lawsuit is brought with respect to enforcing this contract, OPERATOR shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in such action.
